Every night before you go to bed write down three good things that have happened in the last 24 hours and it could be a co-worker who's kind and considerate. It might help alleviate some of the stress that people might be feeling in a in a work situation they're not happy in. The more negative you are about everything the more negative it'll be, so don't sugar coat anything or delude yourself into thinking there is always another perspective.
