We think that today we can make progress there, even absent any future changes in legal regimes. We are working with companies like Microsoft, like Google, all of whom acknowledge that they are deeply focused on security by design as a fundamental corporate principle. Do you have the resources to counteract the sort of anti-competitive trends? You mentioned this that you're aware of that tension. That is, I should probably spell it out, the tension between either imposing or incentivizing companies to adhere to high standards.
