Today’s Happy Hour Special: 🍧 Frozen Coconut Lemonade   

Recipe by: Eat Well 101

•  3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
•  Zest of 2 lemons
• 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
•  2 1/2 cups ice cubes

 Instructions: Add lemon juice, sweetener, coconut milk, and ice to a blender. Blend until ice is crushed and the mixture gets slushy. Divide into glasses and serve immediately. Recipe yields 4 servings.
