The PRA's Concerns About Governance and Risk Management
governance and risk management have always been priorities for the PRA but I think you know what we've seen is them responding to events such as the failure of RK Goss. There was a very strongly worded letter, dear CEO letter that went out to the banks towards the end of last year on this with the PRA basically saying we don't think you've learned the lessons probably of the financial crisis. So I think we'll see a lot of supervisory activity in this space really questioning you know risk management capability and this concept of risk culture.
