The Miracle of Anne Frank
I think it represents a misunderstanding as to what Himmler and Hitler were doing to the Jews by this point. Anthony Eden during this period made a speech to the House of Commons in which he said exactly what was going on. And I've quoted some documents that show that. So yes, it was quite a miracle in some ways, but in other ways, it was outrageous.
