I sat down with writer and longtime podcaster Katie Dalebout, who did so many of the things people think you're supposed to do "early" - built a platform, wrote a book, created a career - and still finds herself in transition and figuring things out. We talk about timelines, perfectionism, ambition, grief, relationships, and that the whole idea of being early or late is actually a myth.
