The Importance of Social Solidarity
I was involved in a network called writer-corout. It provided mortgages for housing cooperatives. But after 15, 20 years, the mortgage was paid off and then the house belonged to the local housing swap. So arguably, there's a strong argument for saying that the houses should have actually been owned by writer-Corout,. Then the least to the housing cooperative. Another one is financial solidarity. This is very straightforward, potentially actually not that controversial but this is the notion of progressive taxation.
