Staging a Property in New Zealand

I always think it's about trying to make it magazine-ready. You're almost sitting the seed for people about what sort of person's going to buy this house. So, but in New Zealand, I mean, obviously, the things like the garage, what about bathrooms? Do you stage bathrooms? Yeah, we do. We just put one of those wooden slider things with some nice, you know, essence on it and soaps and things like that. And then, yeah, in the vanities, they get done,. you know, with some shampoo bottles, that sort of thing.
