Using a Capture System to Capture Tasks
Much of your unhappiness at work and at home is due to an inadequate personal or organization system. To be effective, practice keeping a tedulist for at least 60 das straight - which equates to about three months of working days. You can keep your tedu list on an ap, in a field book, in a personal day timer or a note pad. Once you know what you should be doing, organize each task into various buckets. Those buckets need to be visual, frictionless, indictive and easily accessible. That will enable you to reference it throughout the day and engage with focus. This concept is called one piece flow in lean thinking, and i highly recommend it.
