Episode 110. Risk and Reward.

Some risks can lead to great rewards. Some rewards are not worth the risks. Whether you realize it or not every run and race you do and rest day you take has risks and rewards associated with them. This episode is all about the relationship between the two. This episode was inspired by the mile run by Faith Kipyegon in her Breaking 4 attempt and the 1500m race run by Jessica Hull at the Prefontaine Classic the following week.
