The Imam's Leader Is Not the Best Person in the World.

It's ok to put somebody in charge and he's not the single best person. To have the most a man is not necessarily the most qualified in every aspect. You can be muttey, but that doesn't mean you're the best tactician or military planner. And there are many instances to demonstrate it is ok for a leader not to be the very best person he can be.
