He brought bt n c r's mature culture, which had been developed over a 30, forty year period in one of the best run companies in the united states. Then he ran the company for forty five years. His son takes over the business in 19 fift six and completely embraces his father's way of doing business. He too grew up in the company, and he stayed until 19 71. And so you get the sibeum culture. You get the engineering view. Also, i like your phrase, but also it's a sales culture in that every problem can be solved. Opportunity is everywhere. Let's go get it w that kind of mind set.
