How to Evaluate a Scout's Performance
There's no finite 100 answer so much gray within the recruitment and squad building that I think that it becomes more of an art form at times to make sure that you're thinking about how all these things link up together. The players who we sign tend to look like good players when they come into first team but they go on to the coaches and then the coaches develop them and plug them in.
