What Happens With Mepha Purstone in Amarillo, Texas?
The FDA approved this drug in 2000 since then more than 5 million people have taken Mepha Purstone with 28 deaths reported. Critics of the lawsuit have accused the plaintiffs here of, quote, forum shopping. The judge in this case is a conservative Trump appointed judge. This will go to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, which is also conservative leaning and then could end up in the Supreme Court.
