The percentage of healthy population having a positive A and A's is going up. Hematologic mental pregnancies, infections and then certain medications like hydralazine, antibiotics, and dutene F's can all be at play. If you think someone has an autoimmune disease and you're going to get an A and A, please get a CBC and a urinalysis.
