The Cost of Making a Mistake
I just can't imagine any adult in China reviewing the script or reviewing the movie and saying there needs to be eight dashes inserted there to reflect our territorial claims. That's why I discounted the idea that this was actually a conscious choice made on the part of the Barbie filmmakers. Well, and there is no question that the PRC wields that as a weapon and has for several decades in Hollywood. But that's interesting that the attitudes are changing to some degree.
