Jake Sullivan, national security adviser for President Obama, talks about unidentified objects flying over Montana and the rest of the continent. He says intelligence community has a leading explanation that they are looking at that, in fact, these objects are benign. Sullivan: We are also putting into place protocols now for how to manage the fact that there will be balloons from commercial and research and civilian entities flying in American airspace.
