The road to mastery is a process and not about arriving, says Michael Jordan. In your 20s you didn't know who you were; in your 30s it's the first time that you edit friendships. You go through this time of editing where you say, okay, I get the deepest relationships. Your 50s are harvesting: All those decisions you've made start to come home. And then when you hit your 60s or 70s they're guiding - helping other people down their own path to awesome.
