The Cost of Adjuvant Treatment
Do you feel that some patients based on these scales might forgo a curative therapy because your quality of life might be going lower for the six months of treatment? So that question has been tested formally with empirical data. The usual scenario is the adjuvant setting, or at least the most common thing in clinical trust. It comes down to not trade off decision making, but informing future patients who are facing that situation. But it's a no brainer that the quality of full suffer during the treatment.
