How Much Time Am I Spending Talking Versus the Other Person?
How much time are you spending talking versus the other person? I would as easily just say, take your wrist watch and reverse it the other way. If i'm sitting across to client and i notice that their body language is shutting down, i can't ask for help there. Client satisfaction in a first meeting is directly connected to the amount of air time that they get. This is not a skill that you can say, well, some day i'll get to that. Like, this is a skill i'll get somebhing. It has to be smething. That's top. So all i ma to do is praise that and affirm it. And then an additional action,
