"This was just one of those once in a lifetime jobs where everything just falls into place," he says. "If we do the things that you are talking to them all about, and manage our work right in the right way, then it works out for us." The job ended up taking 20 days longer than expected due to sub contractor issues. He hopes his story will inspire others to take on their own projects with as little delay as possible.
