The Importance of Mentorship
There's an old adage that slow and steady moves the rate instead of stashing as fast as you possibly can. I think simple is a very loaded word in this case. We have a big problem, which is that people do come out of school and they're turning to a room and expected to be able to write really great code. There's very little mentorship or apprenticeship or guidance given where it is given. It's proven to work extremely well.
