The Dynamism of the Congress Party

The Congress party has failed to provide vision, leadership and coherence over the past few years. Raul Gandhi isn't your official president or leader at the moment, but nonetheless... But he is the most influential leader. So where's the change? Where's the dynamism in the Congress party? Well, it's a difficult question for me to answer because I'm the one who ran against Mr Kargay in the party's internal election as the advocate of change.
