How to Separate Transactions From Transactions in a File

The transaction is doing something and then your applications responding to the failure. And that's, that's the important thing. The best way I could come up with it was like, well, maybe behind under the covers, it's like opening up that file with a lock on it so that it is the only thing that could write to the file.
