The Scale of Crowdfunding in Ukraine
The scale has become really enormous. One fund in particular that I talked to, called Come Back Alive, they raised $160 million in the last year. If you want to just give extra money to the defense ministry, the central bank has raised $650 million. So they're filling all the gaps. And this is something that the Ukrainian leaders become very used to because they had very inefficient and corrupt governments.
