i've been interested recently in the idea that common property can be adaptive. The way i've been thinking about common propertyes is overlaps a bit with how you think about open property or open access. For me, common property is partly relevant because it represents a less formality. If you're facing a lot of uncertainty, it makes more sense to own things privately. And so this means that bosilists are mobile. They live stock but there's some predictable patterning and not entirely unpredictable.
