Today I have the guy who has written one of my favorite books of all time, “Your Next Five Moves,” none other than Patrick Bet David! We discuss his serial entrepreneurial journey and what he’s currently involved in. Valuetainment is his way to connect to his entrepreneurial based audience through social media. I’ve recently shifted the way I do my social media, as I’ve switched to a vlog style. One thing Patrick does is take social media breaks every time he meets a big milestone. I don't do this, so I was curious as to why he, and others like Gary Vee, do. We also discuss where he thinks the real estate market is going based on his own research and predictions.
