We're down five million jobs from before covid, and you would have thought there'd be a fair amount of demand for those jobs. It's not just non managerial labor. Its across the board. Consulting firms are having trouble hiring m b as. Entry level jobs for college graduates are going begging. And it also emboldens everybody who's got a job that they don't love to think out moving somewhere else. One of the statistics that came out, and we're seeing this in our portfolio companies, is that employee turnover at all different levels is going up. That's a whack to productivity.
