The Deadly Arrows of Famine

Now, before we to wrap up here again, because a lot of this is again pretty self explanatory, what these acts mean. I want to pull out one item that is not obvious at all that relates to again, divine council stuff. It sounds kind of odd. Why would you associate? Why would Ezekiel associate arrows with famine?
