In terms of behavior, there's still a lot to learn. I like to focus on what we know and control the controllables and then see what we can do about the uncontrollables. There are office buildings within certain markets that are close to 70, 80, 90% actually occupied, fully leased and that occupied. So we will be attracted to those buildings.
