Paul says, live as you're called. Live the life that the Lord has assigned to you. And starting in verse 20, he says, each one should remain in the condition in which he was called. We have to make this distinction between our concrete calling and our abstract or ideal calling. Don't ditch what you're currently doing so that you can chase this ethereal ideal. No, no, no, where you're at right now. That's your God given calling. That's what you need to commit to.
