We Want to See It Directly From Donald Trump in This Court Room
I think that's on the right track. I don't think they wanted donald trump personally to appear in the court room, but they wanted some one treat them as equal partners in the constitutional structure. So outan, the borders will remain open to immigrants from these seven states for the foreseeable future. But to say that the executive actions are unreviewable by the courts, this court suggested, is a dangerous and unconstitutional proposition.
