The u k has sanctioned 18 oligarchs, and the us. Have been able to name a lot more. It does as though it is a combination of factors, one of which is tat our laws did change when we left the european union. And those inside government argue that the threshold required to prove that somebody has links to put in and and basically deserves to be sanctioned, is quite high. So you can see why ther's frustration from the government when other countries like the us. And the e have moved faster.
