The Importance of Accountability in the Health Structure of the State

As governor, you tried to create accountability at the federal level in Florida. You did some extraordinary work with some grand juries about what went on with young children in the immigration crisis. What are some of the things you saw as governor that will drive what you're going to do to change the health structure? Obviously, you need to make a leadership change, but probably structural changes too.
