The report focuses on the FCC, but like you mentioned earlier, there's billions of dollars coming down from the NTIA. So do other agencies have some similar issues with municipal feedback? Like how are these challenges being reflected in proceedings in these other federal agencies and also at the state level where a lot of these broadband plans are going to be written? You know, I've heard some concerns from local communities that they may not even be represented in their state proceedings. But we're really trying to kind of push states to get these things spooled up as quickly as they can.
