The Origin Story of Eukaryotes
There are genes that eukaryotes have that Arcea and bacteria don't. And so you want ones that sort of cross between in order to really build these trees. Another group, maybe a couple of years ago, built some, did similar approaches using the ribosomal proteins,. But they put the eukaryotic branches of life back closer. It does change some of the arrangements of some of the clades in the tree.
