Founded by Shontay Lundy, Black Girl Sunscreen is a sunscreen brand that caters specifically for people of color. Underwhelmed by the lack of sunscreen options for dark skin tones, Shontay began her journey in search of the perfect formula.

Black Girl Sunscreen was the solution, eliminating any visible white residues on the skin and empowering black people to feel free and confident in the sun, knowing their skin was protected and nourished, just as Shontay had envisioned.
