Building a Team

We created a culture where people would immediately notice a problem and widen their circle. The facilities manager for the building said a sent a compliment to the director of constrction, and we received feedback that we were acting like a high performing team. No matter what issue came up, anyone on the team who needed to know would be notified. That is an empowering, beautiful, unburdening philosophy when a team can really learn to widen their circle it communicates that somebody is a part of the team and deserves to take part in team decisions.
