Is There a Business Case for Co-Housing?
There's a lot of unintended consequences that would come through keeping a business as usual approach. Developers are only likely to consider the direct financial benefits of the investments they make. So these premiums for healthier development aren't going to be consistent across property types in 10 years. It might be possible to build really healthy luxury homes and wealthy people can afford to buy them, but that won't work in shared housing or more affordable housing ten years later.
