When people think about the environment or impact of food products, they quite often just focus on the carbon footprint. So we 're quite interested in the bidiversityimpact of food products. In addition to carbon print that is associated with the dough er, there's also other features that would affect what we call b diversity. Land uice, water use, the use of toxic chemicals all affect er the natural world. Nature and wild life have an important role in regulating the planet that we live on.
