Do Calories Matter?

I used to teach people to focus on their calories and do seminars. Then i realized it was more of a distraction than anything else. Your body is so complex, so beautifully complex, that you can't take a simple math equation and layer it over this complex, beautiful, intricate design. I think people can over consume these highly palatable package foods because it disregulates your metabolic cormons. And then you don't experience the same satiety that you would if you just had a piece of steak with some asparagus or salmon and brockley.
