Can you create complete proteins just by using microprotein? Totally. I mean the fact that you can do that is quite extraordinary. Being a complete protein is actually builds muscle slightly better than milk protein which to be honest when we started the research I would kind of settle for nearly as good and that there are a whole host of benefits. Because the biomass is not just protein it's protein and fiber not added fiber but intrinsic fiber you've got benefits associated with a fiber rich diet so things like cholesterol maintenance and gut health But also a high quality protein you're packaged up into what's called mycelia - these are the sort of tiny root like structures that I don't know with mushrooms for example
