The Importance of Demystification in Organizations
I think that reflection piece, I'm seeing it so many organizations at the moment and space being a really good example of that as well. Do we really need this particular estate in a very expensive part of the heart of the city? Are we using it in the right way? Can we do it for kind of more creative team building? So people are really looking at every level of the organization, the tech point of view, the culture skills and process piece as well. It's not tech for tech's sake.
