Pec Trelis Minor, Should We Talk About That?

We walk into the corner, put your hands on the two opposing walls at about shoulder, distance and gently lean into the corner as a very gentle kind of Pec minor stretch. And I would also call attention to the fact that many of these stretch positions and movements that we're advocating are very similar to many of the positions that are used in a lot of our evaluation procedures.
