Chelsea have gone away from managers and the titles, head coach now. John Terry still calls him the gaffer. You'll see a lot of clubs now at the head coach because there's far more structure around them. Pochatino is the first ever manager I've ever heard talk about whether he wants to be manager or head coach. The interesting thing actually talking about a title is Mauricio Pochettino was originally head coach. They changed his title to manager and then said he wanted his title changed back to head coach when he was annoyed about some transfers. And so having someone with a defined head coach is probably the way to do it.
