The Government's Policy on Immigration
Immigration Minister Robert Genrik said it was due to temporary and exceptional factors such as the UK's Ukraine and Hong Kong BNO schemes. He said the government is committed to reducing migration whilst continuing to benefit from skills and resources our economy needs. There is a debate going on in Cabinet right now because there are those like Swell of Brahmyn on one side that are talking really tough on legal migration. And those are the Chancellor that want to open up migration to key sectors, dealt with the workforce shortage.
