There are so many people involved in approving a grid, right? Approving a transmission line may take 10 years of permitting to get through. You have to be very careful because the grid is very, very fragile. And even like in California, what's happened there is that they've had to cut back billions of dollars in environmental spending due to budget cuts. None of the folks you interview will go on about these issues, but none of them won't talk about it either.
