The Victorians and the Future of the Environment
The Victorians were intimately aware that their empire depended on coal primarily from the South Wales valleys. A lot of what we do now in terms of how we think about the future still carries with it those Victorian values. We can be like the Victorians and think about new ways of doing what's needed to a frankly save our planet.
