Theorem & Max - What's Significant in That Regard?
She got paid $250,000 by Theorem and Max to tout E-Max tokens. And she's now paying a fine of $1.3 million. She also did not admit or deny any wrong. So it's significant in that regard. But what's interesting when I talk to Bloomberg Intelligence's senior policy analyst, Nathan Dean, about this is the way that the SEC made this announcement. They had a splashier than usual Twitter posts with a video on YouTube that went along with it.
