Capital Ability and the Great Moderation
In the 19 seventies, capital ability is essentially a very, very marginal phenomenan. This is what facilitates the great moderation hegemony and the resulting depoliticiation of money until the two thousand eight financial crisis. In the late 19 18 it so by the late 19 eighties, and in the early nineties,Capital ability is one of the freedoms that is written into the constitution of europe. So we are living in a completely different world now which capital ability is seen as an integral part of this picture on the efficient allocation of capital. And domestically, that partly means you might be missing out on other benefits that are meant to accrue to you through this greater excess to cheap credit
